DEAR STRESS, Let’s break up!

No man can live a “busy-but-always-happy” life.
Everyone has their own pool of stress,tensions, frustration n worries in life.It is often suggested that the best way to divert your mind is to keep yourself busy in some or the other works.

Loneliness had not stopped many orphans to succeed in life. These are people who discovered how to turn frustration into a positive attitude.They have to show to the world that frustration is not a means to finally say it is time to give up but an opportunity to display bravery and steadfastness.

He who smiles rather than rages is always the stronger 🙂

The social make-up of the present living conditions is very prone to causing frustration among humans.Our lives today is alot open on social sites. Had this social media not been there in earlier times, people tend to be alot happier during late 50s and 60s. It would be best for you to find peace inspite of being attracted by the lives of others and getting frustrated by the events happening here and there. The search can be very difficult but with persistence, can be fruitful. Infact, there are more positive things going on in your life that u must see, if only you open your eyes.

To conquer frustration one must remain intensely focused on outcome,not the obstacles !

One of the best ways to relieve frustration is to cry.
Cry Out !
Crying roughens the shit going on in your mind. A shrill cry lightens your heart and makes you feel alot better.

Run ! As far as you can…
Running burns the frustration inside you.
If you are at such a place or situation where you can’t run, GO FOR A WALK..
Walks are wonderful for mind, body and soul . When your body comes in motion, the mind too gets diverted from a thing running constantly in your mind.

Ah.. You have phones too..
Call a good listener.. anybody you are compatible enough to share your personnells with. Even just sharing your things with someone relieves half of your stress.

Don’t try to be a multi-tasker and be proud of it.
Focus on one thing at a time. That will bring a sudden decrease in your stress.

TRY A PUNCHING BAG!
yeah !!
No.. I’m not asking you to be violent.. even I abhor that.
But punching a bag is an exercise too. And trust me, its one of the best stress reliever.

Reading !
Now that is my favourite one.
Read fictions, thrillers or anything you are intrested in. Reading for some continous duration make you completely engrossed in the subject or a topic and makes you forget everything going in your life for a while and sometime thereafter too as the aftereffects of reading always remain.
I’ve never known any distress that an hour’s reading did not relieve.

When you are under stress, deep breathing helps bring your mind and body back into present.
Breathe out negativity !
Breathe in relaxation !
breathe out stress !
